Healing Meditation
Find yourself in a comfortable position and begin to take some deep breathes in and out. As you breathe in, you feel the energy of the earth moving up from the bottom of your feet, through your body, to the top of your head. And as you breathe out, feeling this energy go back down. Again breathing in. Feeling the energy from the earth rise up. And as you breathe out feeling it go back down. Feeling yourself grounding into the earth, relaxing and settling into your body more and more.
Healing and Regeneration in a Crystal Palace
And on your next breath, you start to feel yourself move within the earth. You travel down past the dirt and tree roots, through layers of rock until you find yourself surrounded by crystals. You are in a crystal palace, a sacred place that is known for healing and regeneration. You start to move forward, walking through the palace. Seeing crystals of all kinds surrounding you – even up above you. Their light gleams and you see every color, every size imaginable.
You stop and you look around and you find a comfortable place to sit among the crystals. Nestling in to a comfortable position feeling completely supported by these crystals. Take a deep breath in and you feel an energy rising up from the bottom of your feet. It moves through your legs, stopping at your root chakra. This energy might feel like a cooling similar to if you ate a mint or had menthol. There might be a tingling. And it is ok if you don’t feel anything, this energy is there. You feel it moving throughout your root chakra, clearing and cleansing any imbalances. If you’ve had any pain start to feel that dissipate.
The Return of Self-healing
This is a healing energy. This is something that has been hidden for thousands of years. But there was a time where this was natural to the planet. There was a time where sickness and death weren’t something that existed in the way they do today. And this energy is returning.
Allow your body to just accept it. Feeling it rise up further into your sacral chakra. It is going to go wherever it needs to go. I’m guiding you through these areas, if there is another area of your body where you are feeling it, that’s where it needs to be. Just trust it.
You might start to feel your cells liven up. Even if just one cell takes this on and remembers that it has the ability to heal, that will eventually multiply into other cells. Feeling this coolness rise up further into your solar plexus. The three lower chakras are often the ones where we have the most issues. These are our connection to the earth and the dark has gone to great lengths to separate us from that connection. So, beginning today you are remembering that. You are remembering your ability to heal – your divine ability to heal and to regenerate.
If there’s any organs in your digestive system – maybe your liver, your intestines, your spleen, your gallbladder, your stomach – that you’ve been struggling with issues or just feeling off. Feeling this energy move through those organs now. Clearing out anything that’s making you feel less than or not your true self.
And feeling more and more grounded and relaxed into the crystals knowing that they’re supporting you. This is a sacred space, a sacred energy. It is your divine right to access.
Heart Chakra Clearing
If it feels right to you, you can have this move up into your heart chakra. Again, you can have it go anywhere else in your body that might be in pain. Or you can keep it in these lower chakras. Whatever feels natural. Allowing it to close out any lower emotions from your heart. Any blocks to being the true light that you really are.
Feeling it go into your lungs. Clearing out any grief. Any illnesses that have made it difficult to breathe or scar tissue that may lie there, clearing that out. Just beginning of healing and returning to your natural state. Feeling it move up into your shoulders, down your arms to your fingertips. Releasing any tensions and feelings of fight or flight.
Going up into your throat chakra if that feels right to you. You might feel the need to cough or some extra tingling in your throat. Just allow your body to express it in any way that it needs to. Even if it’s a sigh or another noise. You may have repressed different words and feelings. Just feeling this come up and release. If your throat has been sore, just feeling this nice cooling sensation.
Maybe even moving up into your ears if you’ve had any kind of ear issues. Up into your sinuses. Feeling this move up further into your head. Up into your third eye, over your eyes. Releasing any tensions, eye strain or headaches. If there is anything that’s been blocking you from seeing either with your eyes or your third eye, feeling this energy move over those now. Allowing you to see the truth.
Feeling this move up to your crown. Around your brain, deep within your brain. Clearing out any headaches and blocks to accessing thoughts of light. Any brain fog. Any interference that might be coming through your crown. Letting that clear. Just feeling this nice, cooling energy.
It might even extend out into your energy fields. Feeling a tingling around your aura, your skin. Breathing it in.
Health is Your Natural State of Being
You are on the path to true healing. To your natural state of being in perfect health. And feeling good and energized as you walk along your path.
If there is anywhere else that you would like this energy to go to, just think about where you want it to go and it will go there. Otherwise just feeling it move through your body. Taking in some deep breaths, just really breathing it in.
As you move forward, you’ve opened the door to accessing this energy. You might start to feel it at random times, even when you’re doing something else. This energy wants to be awakened on the planet and it wants to help you. So, the more you open up to it and allow it to be with you, the more you’ll feel it. You can also come back to this meditation any time to help you get back into this state. Just trust it is there working with you, even when you don’t always know it.
If it feels good to you to sit longer in this space, you can stay as long as you like. Returning to the room at a time that feels best to you. Giving yourself a hug knowing that you are loved and supported.
