Thought Clearing Meditation

Our thoughts can be incredibly powerful.   They are a way that we receive intuitive guidance. 

But lower thoughts may be a sign of interference or attacks by the dark.   The dark often goes after the mental body as a way to distract lightworkers from their mission and to take us off course.   

You may be struggling with lower thoughts surrounded by fear and worry.   These thoughts aren’t you or something you are doing wrong.   

Today we are going to connect with nature and trees to cleanse your thoughts and mental body.     This meditation will leave you feeling more clear and better able to receive your guidance.       

It is important to note that sometimes lower thoughts can be signs of something we need to work through.    If that is the case, you will have more clarity after clearing your mental body.

So close your eyes and take some deep breaths.   See yourself walking down a path in a forest.  The sun shines brightly and you hear birds chipping.   There’s a meadow running along the path full of wild flowers and butterflies touch each one.   The path rounds a bend and before you lies a group of pine trees some of the largest and tallest you’ve ever seen.  

Connecting with Master Trees

These are master trees that carry some of the highest consciousness on the planet.   And they are here to assist you today in cleansing your thoughts so you can move forward on your spiritual path. 

Notice if there’s a particular tree that calls to you or that seems more inviting.   You walk up to him and Sit down underneath his umbrella of branches.    Feel yourself relax against the trunk of this tree.   As you do this, you feel the wind lightly touch your skin.   

As you take a deep breathe in, you lean your head back and it rests within a nock, almost as if this nock was designed specifically for your head.   You feel the bark wrap around it and feel completely supported and relaxed.  

You start to feel lower energies from your body move into the ground to be completely absorbed by the roots of this tree.    You sense roots coming off of you and spreading further across the earth, grounding you into the planet more and more.  

Mental Body Clearing

Continuing to breathe, your focus moves up to your head.    Feeling completely supported by the tree, you start to feel it cleansing your mental body and the area surrounding your head.    You may even see this energy coming off of you.    You start to feel lighter.  

If lower thoughts come up as the process happens, just allow them to come.   This can be part of the process of releasing. 

Breathe deep as the energy of the tree flows through your mind.    This is a powerful energy of light that the dark can’t withstand. 

Releasing Fear and Worry

Feeling any fearful thoughts or thoughts around the worst-case scenario playing out, start to release.   

Thoughts of worry, or obsessive thoughts, anything making you feel panicked or like you need to do everything perfectly – releasing from you now.  

Breathing as this light moves further and further into your field.  

Often times the dark will put distractions in, day-to-day distractions and things we need to get done.   Or even things like social media.   Anything designed to take us away from the important things we need to be focusing on as lightworkers.  

So just allowing those distractions to release from your field and from your mind.  

If you’ve been having any thoughts that you aren’t good enough or that you are doing something wrong, and any thoughts that encourage you to be hard on yourself or self-abuse.  Feeling those wash away in the light of this tree.  

You may feel this energy move deeper and deeper into your brain.    If you’ve had any headaches or are currently feeling any tensions come up, any points of pain in your brain, just feeling this light and this energy moving into those areas.   And starting to clear those out releasing the pain and tensions.  

Breathing through anything that might be uncomfortable as this cleansing process happens.   Knowing you are completely supported and safe.   

You might start to feel this move down your skull and into your jaw, clearing away tensions and tightness from those areas.

Just allowing this energy to go wherever it needs to go to assist you at this time.  

Receive Guidance from Your Higher Self

Continuing to breathe.  Feeling lighter and more relaxed.   More like yourself.   You start to see or sense a column of light moving up from the top of your head, up the trunk of the tree and connecting you more with your higher self and intuition.  

Now you have the opportunity to receive a message either from your higher self or from the tree.   If there is something specific you want clarity on you can ask that.   Or you can just let whatever needs to come.

Receiving whatever you need to at this moment.   It might be a feeling, or an image or just a single word, a sense of security and safety and comfort.  

As you work to clear out interfering thoughts, you’ll notice that your real thoughts and guidance comes through more easily.  

Spending a few more moments with this tree, absorbing as much light as you can.  Even giving him a hug and allowing that light to move into other areas of your body.  This is a place of complete safety and security and love.  You can thank the tree for his assistance today.  

Taking some deep breathes you start to feel yourself come back to the room.    Having more clarity, feeling grounded and more at peace.  

It is important for lightworkers to cleanse their mental body regularly.  You can come back to this meditation at any time or simply sit under a tree at a park and allow it to assist you with clearing.
